Deliverables

I prepared a brand guide based on Rajasthani Cuisine. Further designed infographic posters. The purpose of making these posters was to provide information about the Rajasthani dishes, to all the interested customers. It served for spreading awareness and brand promotion. Based on the people’s preferences, two food categories of posters are designed -

Vegetarian and Non- Vegetarian dishes.

Personal Experience and learnings

In this design project, I understood the food choices of various generations of people, specifically of the Rajasthan region. I enjoyed doing research, analysis, ideation and design activities. It was a wonderful experience working through the various stages of the project. I learn a lot about many concepts about branding and infographic design.

Moodboard

The combination of turmeric, mint, and chilli creates a delicious blend of flavours that define Rajasthani cuisine. These ingredients play a crucial role in a wide range of dishes, from hearty curries and meat dishes to flavorful vegetarian preparations, making them integral to Rajasthan's diverse and vibrant culinary heritage. By strategically using these colors in branding, a visually appealing identity established for Rajasthani cuisine, further strengthening its cultural connection.
